Policies

~We require a credit card to book an appointment in person, over the phone and online. We do not charge your card, it is simply there to reserve your appointment. Your card is only charged if you no-show, reschedule, or cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, in that case your card will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.

~We are no longer accepting kids under the age of 13. Kids 13 years or older are welcome for any service as long as a parent or guardian books the appointment.
~Please come to your appointment alone. Extra guests will not be allowed. Your partner, kid, friend, mother and your mother’s brother’s cousin etc. will need to wait outside. Please keep weather conditions in mind and plan accordingly.

~We do not offer refunds for services. We stand behind our work and will do whatever we can to ensure we have met the expectations agreed upon during the consultation. Our goal is for you to love your hair! We encourage an open line of communication and we’re happy to fine tune your hair to your liking. We ask that you notify us of any adjustments you'd like made within 7 days of your original appointment. After the 7 day grace period it is not considered an adjustment, it is considered a new style and you will need to discuss payment options with your stylist. Please let us know if you're unhappy with something as soon as you notice it.
